The Westview Elementary annual spelling bee starts with a 30 word written preliminary test, where any student can participate. The top 44 moved on to the Bee which was held Friday, December 14th in the auditorium. We went for 3 rounds to determine the winner between the last two contestants. Runner-up Mason Clark bowed out on "caravan". Erika Yoder, went on to spell "cooperate" and "planetarium" to be declared the School Champion. Erika will proceed to the LaGrange County Bee to be held February 5th in the Westview HS Auditorium.
