Staff Mental Health Awareness

At Westview, staff is always encouraged to reach out for help when they need it. It's important to know that there are resources available to assist you with any challenges you may be facing. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services offered through New Avenues are completely confidential, so you can feel comfortable seeking help without worrying about your privacy. Westview will only receive the total number of people serviced, and no names will be given. If you would like more information about these services, you can find out more below.     • Staff, immediate family, and same household all have access to three free sessions

    • Staff are not required to be on Westview's insurance to take advantage of these services
