✨ A Step Back in Time! ✨
Our 4th graders had a fantastic day last week exploring Sauder Village! They stepped into the past and experienced what life was like from the early 1800s through the 1920s.
Students got to see history come to life through costumed interpreters, historic shops, artisans, farm animals, and hands-on experiences. They even had the chance to enjoy a ride on the Erie Express train! 🚂
It was a full day of learning, exploring, and experiencing what life was like before Wi-Fi!

A Field Trip Worth the Wait! 🌽🐐🍂
Our second graders finally got to make their trip to Roberts Farms! After a rainy-day reschedule, the sunshine made their farm adventure even sweeter. ☀️
Students enjoyed learning about farm life, visiting the goats, exploring the pumpkin life cycle, and rotating through fun educational activities. They also had plenty of time to enjoy all the fun Roberts Farms has to offer, including the corn maze, hayrides, giant corn box, straw tower, petting zoo, playground, and more!
We’re so glad our students got to experience a day of learning, exploring, and making fall memories at Roberts Farms! 🍁

🩺🫀 First Grade Surgery Day! 🦴👩⚕️👨⚕️
Our first graders had a hands-on day of learning all about the human body! They rotated through 5 exciting stations where they placed organs on a body, matched rhyming words to bones, checked their resting pulses, then got moving to see how exercise affects their heart rate. They also enjoyed a demonstration of how the heart pumps blood and finished the day by creating their very own skeletons! 🫀🦴
What a fun way to learn about our amazing bodies!

Our kindergartners had a wonderful time visiting Knollbrook Farm! They enjoyed lots of fun activities, explored the farm, and made some great fall memories with their classmates. Each student got to pick out a little pumpkin to bring home! 🎃

Our 4th grade students celebrated the end of their personal narratives unit with a cozy "Story Book Cafe" day! These young authors were treated to special drinks and snacks while they shared each others' stories.☕📚🍪

Students explored different stations where they could make their own parachute, create a pinwheel, build a popsicle-stick tent with Play-Doh, mix up their own trail mix, make giant bubbles, and even make popcorn kernels “dance” with a hands-on science experiment! To top it off, students who completed every station received a FREE BOOK to take home! 📚
Our PTO made the evening even sweeter with delicious popcorn and Vanilla Bean ice cream! 🍿🍦
