On Tuesday, February 18, we will have our annual Academic Awards presentation between the JV and Varsity game with Wawaseee. A letter was sent home to be returned if you are planning to attend. If you are a sophomore with CUMULATIVE GPA of 3.75, junior 3.70, or senior with a 3.65 or higher, you should have received a letter. Please let the front office know if you think you qualify but did not receive a letter.

Westview will be performing “Misadventures of Romeo and Juliet” in the Wilson Auditorium Friday and Saturday at 7:00pm, and Sunday at 2:30pm. Tickets can be purchased at the door.

Congratulations to the members of our band department who competed Saturday at the ISSMA District Instrumental Solo and Ensemble Contest. Of the 19 entries that went, Westview students earned 18 gold medals and 1 silver medal. A special congratulations goes to Rosamaria McMahon, Kendall Schwartz, Braden Barton, Cory Hochstetler, Ryan Klaassen, Mary Hostetler, and Bryant King who qualified and will represent Westview at the state level in Indianapolis on February 29th. Great job!

SNOW MAKEUP DAY INFO: If we cancel school BEFORE Monday, Feb 17 (makeup day), we WILL be going to school on Feb 17.
Should we cancel between Feb 17-Mar 19, we WILL go to school on Mar 20 (makeup day). Additional calendar makeup days are April 2 and 3.
The WV small engines teams placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 6th in the District III FFA contest. Coming in 1st place was Ronnie Raley & Chadwick Herschberger, 2nd-Paul Klopfenstein & Andrew Baughman, 3rd-Jace Everett and Aidan Kohler, and 6th was Aiden Wisler and Nate Eichelberger.
