Kindergarteners in Miss Bolton's class had a bubble dance party that they voted on having in the classroom! They earned 15 smiley faces in their classroom jar for good behavior, being kind, being respectful, and being responsible. Keep up the great work kids!

We are hiring an instructor for the Learn to Work program. This unique initiative connects students across all three LaGrange County schools with exposure to the manufacturing industry and hands-on skills right here in our community.
👉 What’s the role?
This instructor will guide students in the Industrial Electrical Maintenance pathway, helping them gain hands-on experience with electrical systems, safety practices, troubleshooting, and the technical skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce. They will also work directly with our industry partners to provide students with real-world learning opportunities and to strengthen the connection between education and local employers.
👉 Who can apply?
We are specifically seeking candidates with an Industrial Electrical Maintenance background. A traditional teaching license is NOT required – industry professionals can qualify through a Workplace Specialist license; your experience and desire to mentor students matter most!

4th graders enjoyed their annual study trip to Sauder Village in Ohio today to continue learning about how life & inventions have developed throughout the Midwest's history. Thanks to all the parent chaperones who joined us!

4th graders at Topeka held their fourth annual Market Day today. As part of their social studies unit, students had to create a business and choose a product to sell to the rest of the school.
The students were in charge of picking the price, the quantity of items they wanted to sell, and creating a poster advertising their business. We had bakeries, woodworking shops, artists, and many more. The other students in the school were able to purchase their items with pretend money. We have a lot of creative fourth graders at Topeka!
